I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap "Use magic link instead" and enter your email. You'll get a one-tap link that signs you in without a password.

My streak reset by mistake

Streaks are based on calendar days in your device's timezone. If you believe your streak reset incorrectly, email us with your account email and the date — we can usually restore it.

How do I delete my account?

In the mobile app: Settings → Delete account. The deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also email us and we'll handle it within 24 hours.

Audio isn't playing

Make sure your phone's ringer is on (not silent), and that the Lahja app has permission to play audio. Restart the app if the issue persists.

I'm having a billing or refund question

For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund directly.
